GPIO Breakout routes the GPIO connector at 90˚ angle to the side of the heatsink including POE header. It's secured by two screws directly to the heatsink.

Two versions are on sale, one with the small 2x2 POE header populated, and the other with it not soldered.

The POE header may interfere with some older HATs with low profile SMT headers facing towards the Raspberry Pi.
